One of our favorite questions from clients is:

So, how do we do it?

We have created a 7-week program, based on our proprietary questionnaire.

 

You must invest your time to fill it out in as much detail as possible. This extensive discovery document is the key to change, pivoting your business, to multiplying your sales.

We then discuss the core initial findings.

This meeting results in you choosing 5 pathways, which you believe will significantly impact your processes.  For example:

  • What is your specific client base?

  • Where do you intend to spend money and why?

  • What resources are you lacking?

  • Do you know how to leverage social media, without paying a fortune?

After each meeting, you are given homework,  designed to help secure new skill sets.

Michael Horesh is an economist by training. His career took him to the public sector, tech, trading companies and running a national charity.

 

For nearly 2 decades, he has been helping businesses reach new heights, whether it be converting concepts into a reality or pushing established enterprises towards new sales channels.

 

Success stories range from securing tens of millions for a Jerusalem health project to encouraging a tech project to pivot and thus create sales to helping local service providers generate significant new sales.Hobbies are many:

 

Good books, good theatre and good whisky, which Michael will talk to you about all day and all night, and keep going

SHARI WRIGHT-PILO

 

With over 30 years of marketing experience, Shari has co-founded a startup and consulted for countless businesses and entrepreneurs.

 

She leverages her vast industry connections to help others succeed, believing that sharing is the key to success.

​

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, Shari's mantra is "reap what you sow." Her business, Shar-i, embodies her passion for sharing knowledge and empowering clients and students to achieve their goals. For the past decade, she has been a Consultant and Lead Lecturer at Mati in Jerusalem, where her hands-on workshops have transformed hundreds of small business owners

.

Her students praise her as a "great asset" with "contagious energy" who helps them create effective strategies and build strong online presences.

Outside of marketing, Shari co-founded Follow Team Israel, inspired by her love of sports and Israel. In her free time, she crafts upcycled denim bags and aprons, bakes with her daughter, and gives it all away—demonstrating that sharing truly is caring!
